What the client wanted:
To have a new kitchen garden and badminton court installed, to fix the decaying driveway and have a walkway built to the back deck.
What we did:
BB started by assessing the many interesting and some overgrown plants that could be put to good use in the new garden. We transplanted large shrubs to screen undesirable views, re-graded the old lawn to create a level badminton court, installed a vegetable, flower and herb garden off the kitchen, and re-designed existing beds for year-round interest.
What we love:
The new patio off the garage that replaced the decaying asphalt driveway. Clients can still easily access bikes and tools, but the garage now looks like a garden house and friends can enjoy home-grown food and drinks as they watch badminton games.
